the one who took better care of the land because if you have the land and dont take care of it it will die and know one will want it.

i think they should just pay 50/50 each so it would be fair.and for the whole chicken thing i think they should be able to have the chickens because they said that they would feed the birds scraps from the kitchen and it would fertulize the lawn and it would keep the land fill a bit more empty.and for the last case shoveling thing. i dont think he should half to pay the fine because in the city they normly have side walk cleaners that clean the sidewalke and the guy was on vacation it is not his fault well maby it is a bit but who cares.

I THINK THE MAN WHO TOOK CARE OF THE LAND SHOULD GET IT BECAUSE HE TOOJK CARE OF IT AND THE OTHER MAN JUST LEFT AND DID NOT DO ANY OF THE WORK TO CARE FOR THE LAND.

Hodja was right they both own it because the owner buy it and then the other man took care of it I think they should both pay for the land and become a team.It would make it alot easeyer for both and sence they did that no one can say it mine no yours it.because i doesnt belong to him it belongs to both!

I think Hodja is right they both should have the land the one was away and the ather one was taking car of it so it belongs to both.

I agree with Andrew C. I beleive that the land belongs to the man who was taking care of it. The one man who gave it to the other man to take care of it, abanndoned it. This story reminds me of when a woman has a baby and she doesn't want it now so she give the baby to another family to take care of her. But when the birth mother want's her baby back the foster parents say, "No. you abanded her/him. From that day when you gave her to us, you said that you didn't want to take care of her/him any time you are alive."

I agree with Hodja but it all depends. If the man was being paid to care for the land and the other man was paying for the land and paying the man who cared for the land then it belongs to the man with the money. However since they are working together on the land the truth is, they both belong to the land.

I think the person who took care of the land should keep it because the other guy didn't do anything for it.The guy who took care of the land spent almost all of his time out in the feild working and the other guy was doing nothin g u do the the math.

I think that that both of the men should share the land because one of the men owns the land but the other took care of it so they would do a good job of keeping it together.

I think that the man who took care of it should keep it because he could have just left it and not work at it at all. But he worked so hard on the land he deserves it.
